Credit

A credit, in Renovato, is the unit of generation cost the platform meters every preset run by. Costs vary with model and parameter complexity: fast-tier image runs cost 1 credit, mid-tier 2-3, complex multi-image composition or image-to-video 5+ credits. Every plan ships with a monthly credit allowance that rolls over.

In context

Per-credit pricing decouples the user-facing cost from the underlying model price (which Renovato pays the vendor). It also gives the designer one number to budget against the project — 'this storyboard will burn 240 credits' — instead of a tab of per-model invoices.

In Renovato

Plans run from Starter ($19/mo, 1,500 credits) to Studio+ ($399/mo, 45,000 credits). Per-credit prices fall from $0.013 to $0.009 as you go up tiers. Every preset shows the credit cost before firing, and the Agent confirms total cost before chaining a multi-step run.
